Mike’s blog still gets viewed by someone around the world each day, there is no better legacy that he could have left of himself. Thanks to all of you for still reading, he just wanted to help others.

Mike and his amazing wife Kady (pictured left) were good enough to support us in person last year, making a long journey North on a freezing day in January, and cheering us on from muddy fields despite Mike being in the middle of a course of chemotherapy. We're delighted that Kady ( now a half-marathon veteran herself ) is planning to be there cheering us on again this year, as we try raise money for Salisbury Hospicecare Trust ( Salisbury Hospicecare Trust Charity Registration No: 1123314 ), who did a great job helping Mike, and Tough Guy's own 'Fund for Heroes Sanctuary' ( donations are divided 50/50 between these charities ).
